This Week is National Salvation Army Week!
In 1954 President Dwight Eisenhower’s signed a declaration making one week in May the officially recognized Salvation Army Week all across the US. During that week, Salvation Army units honor it with a variety of educational and fund-raising events. Watch the short video above to learn more.

Oklahoma City, OK - The Salvation Army of Arkansas and Oklahoma is becoming active in disaster response to several areas as a result of weather related events. A strong storm system crossed Oklahoma this afternoon that developed multiple thunderstorms and tornadoes across the State of Oklahoma.
