Increasing numbers of older Americans present special challenges for housing, employment, and recreation. Community programs give seniors renewed interest and zest for life.
Programs in Alaska are designed to assist the individual stabilize and remain in independent housing. As circumstances change, requiring alterations in living situations, The Salvation Army is available to help support the individual through the transition period.
