Senior Outreach Rose Center for Seniors The Rose Center serves the senior adults of greater Portland regardless of race, religion, creed, sex or income level with dynamic programs designed to foster the personal development of the total person — socially, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Senior Jamboree Schedule of Events Directions to Camp Kuratli Silvercrest Apartments Located next door to the Rose Center, Silvercrest provides housing and support services for low-income seniors age 62 and above. Funded by HUD, this facility consists of 76 apartments which house both individuals and couples.
