Camp Kuratli at Trestle Glen

The Salvation Army Camp Kuratli summer program enables hundreds of inner-city children to experience nature in a positive, character-building environment.

Moore Street Community & Worship Center

Provides a center of hope, a place of worship, and a safe refuge for everyone — babies to seniors. The Salvation Army works hand in hand with other agencies to provide an “oasis” in a high-crime area of North Portland.

All About Kids Benefit

Each year, The Salvation Army hosts its premiere event to benefit all of The Salvation Army's services to kids in the Portland Metro Area.

Preparing For School

Fred Meyer stores has teamed up with The Salvation Army to prepare underprivileged children for school by providing them with new school supplies, dental and personal hygiene products and other services they need to begin school.

Christmas Services

Christmas services to families include holiday food boxes, new toys for children, as well as holiday meals for senior citizens and the homeless.
