Family Services
Provides low-income seniors, families and individuals with emergency aid.
Moore Street Community & Worship Center
Provides a center of hope, a place of worship, and a safe refuge for everyone — babies to seniors. The Salvation Army works hand in hand with other agencies to provide an “oasis” in a high-crime area of North Portland.
Christmas Services
Christmas services to families include holiday food boxes, new toys for children, as well as holiday meals for senior citizens and the homeless.
Rural Services
The Salvation Army Cascade Division works with volunteers in 85 rural communities where there is not an official corps (church) or community center to meet the emergency needs of Salvation Army clients by providing food, clothing, shelter.
