The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
The Salvation Army currently has representation in 126 different countries worldwide, in addition to nearly 8,000 centers of operation across the United States.

The Del Oro Division proudly serves over 500,000 people each year throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada. With dozens of locations, we offer church, social services, rehabilitation programs, transitional housing, youth programs, our Kroc Center, Camp Del Oro and much more.
