The responsibility for processing donations and issuing receipts rests with The Salvation Army in the country from which the donation originated, unless processing facilities are not presently available. If facilities are unavailable the processing will be made by International Headquarters, 101 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4P 4EP and the donation will be conveyed to the designated location within The Salvation Armys international accounting network.
