Fitness Center
Open five days a week for all members over fourteen years old, the Fitness Center is a nearly 1,000-square-feet facility that provides equipment to complete both cardiovascular and anaerobic workouts. Two treadmills, two stationary bicycles, a Stairmaster, and a complete set of Olympic dumbells all complement the Fitness Center's main components--a comprehensive collection of machine weights which alone offers SLACWS members a total-body workout.
